Enter the underground parking garage across from the Courthouse on Commerce Street at Houston Street.
Enter the underground parking garage across from the Courthouse on Commerce Street at Houston Street. 2.If you park on level 2, 3 or 4 you will need to go to the elevators, see #2 below, and take an elevator to the 1st floor of the parking garage. Upon exiting the parking garage elevator at the 1st floor, turn right and go to the Courthouse entrance (see #3 below).
